I'm a fan of Van Dyke's short stories and am enjoying getting to know his poetry. I personally find the shorter poems in this collection very good but don't enjoy the longer ones as much. My favorite Van Dyke poem is not in this book, which is why I gave it 4 stars
Delightful!
I like Van Dyke's work, but the poems are not as good as his other writing. His prose and story telling are much better.
I love the writing of Van Dyke, so I enjoyed his poetry.
Very inspiring and insightful poems, artfully composed. Helps one meditate and get away from the rat race that characterizes life today. I recommend it to all young people.
Beautiful poems by an all but forgotten religious poet
